PRELMINARIES.

Meeting started at 11:25 with a word of prayer from Mr. Kuria.

Minutes read,  proposed by Paul Wariahe and seconded by Md. Josephine Mwangi.

 

MATTERS ARISING.

Absent teachers were absent with apology. Madam Emily and Bena had not reported .

Cellphones were not used more as agreed.

Breaks no extension. On parade most teachers do attend. Anytime one is late to explain.Teachers on  duty were  commended.

Those not attending classes will be delt with.

Parents to wait for the teacher in class .

Permission should be requested before filling forms.

DUTY PERFORMANCE.

Head teacher requested teachers to work hard.

Chairs in class should not be for sitting without teaching the pupils. If teacher continues sitting the head teacher will remove them.

The head teacher requested the teachers not to use cellphones in class.

On permission the head teacher requested the teachers to ask for permission.

Everybody should be at school by 8:00 am.

Timemanagement.

Head teacher requested the teachers to utilize the time on the time table properly.

No sending the children out of the compound.

Teachers were also  asked to write a schemes and lesson plan on time deadline is on Friday.

 

                                                                                                                                                 RESPOSIBILITY

It was reported that Mrs Mildred Mahebo who was a senior teacher retired last year .Members unanimously resolved to give Mr.Joseph Koigi Njamba tsc no. 368616 that responsibility  and join the administration.He has been assisting the office all through  .                                                                               A.O.B                                                                                

The head teacher thanked the teacher who were called during the holiday for a seminer and Mrs. Muchiri was one of them.

Mr  Mwangi and Madam Cecilia also went for another seminer at st. mary for I.T.

The headteacher reminded the teachers that we have computers in our school and each one should interact.

WELFARE.

 

Mr Kuria informed teachers  that Mr. Mbugua is in the hospital but he may be out soon.

He also asked teachers to contribute whenever there is an issue,some of the members did not honour the last issue.

Madam Matheri thanked the teachers for having attended her daughters  wedding.

Madam ochieng also reported that she lost her brther on Monday.there being no any other business the meeting ended at 12:45. With a word of prayer from Md Virginia.
